Looking for the best place in town out of the way of busy downtown streets, easy parking, amazing food with a rowdy crowd? When it comes to any Hockey, football or soccer games everyone wants to be a part of a memorable easy going place where you can be seen game after game. I came across Manchester Public Eatery when it first opened, boy has the place grown ever since ! Now that they are settled in and here to stay i must say the atmosphere is amazing not a place in the room where you turn your head and not see a big screen TV right in your face plain view with a packed house ! My kind of place :) Manchester offers a two page beer menu along with an impressive wine list and not to forget a good quality food menu. Manchester serves everything from your typical bar menu like nachos, 25cent wings (everyday..yes everyday!), pizza, sandwiches, salads, mains oh wait and a Brunch Menu!? I can stay here all day. Open daily from 11am until late! I hope you all enjoy this place as much as I do. 

Zefferelli's- A dignified Spaghetti Joint Indeed!

 

If you love a close seating, loud upscale looking place with a cheap menu, Zefferellis is the spot to be. They offer an open antipasto bar right in the middle of the room. A unique setting indeed.  It is good enough to just lounge with a glass of wine and an antipasto plate. I enjoyed how the server brought us a bowl of garlic based warm marinara sauce with slices of white french bread. What a great way to start the dining experience at Zefferelli's. This place is located right in the most popular shopping district of Vancouver, yes you guessed it Robson! Tired after a long day of shopping? Its nice to know Zefferelli's fixes any craving! Right upstairs beside the Cactus Club. They offer a set menu for parties of over 20 but your more than welcome to order off their regular menu. They are open for lunch Monday-Friday at 11:30am and Saturdays/Sundays dinner at 5pm. A great family atmosphere with an open kitchen.  Some of the dishes i recommend are;

Ready..Set..Lets Hub It !- Hub Restaurant and Lounge Yaletown

Don't be intimidated of the location. Right in the heart of yaletown a menu so good you cant go wrong on a random night. Prices range from $7-$20 everything from weekend breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place is very entertaining and the food is amazing. I love the personal service you receive makes you feel right at home. So come in and get cozy the comfort factor in this place is an A+.  A great place to catch the game or just lie low key and get your grub on.The hub provides a menu selection everything from a Burger bar, Greens, Pizza, Sandwiches and mains. Join them for their daily appie hour 4pm-6pm daily !

Bellissima ! Bravo - Baci Ristorante

Ever crave real home cooked Italian food? I was surprised to discover this place right on the border between Burnaby/Vancouver. Owned and operated family restaurant, this place is one of my favourites to wine and dine. Baci's displays a great one stop place for dinner and great entertainment. With an exclusive wine list and authentic Italian food where else would you rather be? I would suggest going on a Saturday night make sure to call and make reservations because this placed gets pretty packed! Some of the dishes i have tried are;

Shall We Go For Some High Tea Daarrllingg...? -Adonia Tea House

Got a sweet tooth? This is the cutest place a girl could ever ask for. Don't worry no ones watching..indulge away. Adonia Tea House offers an endless menu selection of green, white and black teas. They have a scrumptious desert menu that screams out 'Let them eat cake'! Yes, put on your sunday afternoon brimmed hats and gloves! We have a tea party to go to :) Be prepared to be transformed to a Marie Antoinette movie set. I suggest the chocolate banana crepes they are to die for, melts in your mouth.  They offer full lunch and desert menus for you alone or a party of up to 25. A must visit.

Eat Chronic Tacos- Gastown

The name says it all. May i recommend the fish tacos battered (they have this zesty beer batter taste) and grilled prawn tacos. The Al Pastor flavour is addicting as well and ooohh my the potato taco for all you vegetarians. Chronic tacos also provides a wide selection of amazing Salsa. Great atmosphere, love the graffiti paintings and huge lounge style booths. You can tell the place gets crazy at night, small dance floor and DJ spinning all the greatest hits. Try this place on a UFC or hockey night you wont go wrong.

The Reef Restaurant Caribbean Food Done Right Mon !

Caribbean food done like none other. My girlfriends and I dined at the Reef a while back we made it in time for their Brunch menu and wow was i ever blown away! With the Indian spices infused with real Caribbean food straight from the motherland, a definite repeat visit is needed. Beircraft- Classy Beer Presentations !

WOW... the atmosphere at BierCraft is incredible. With so many Beers from around the world there are endless choices. I really appreciated reading the descriptions of each beer because it paints a clear picture of the unique tastes you are about to embark on. BierCraft offers a lightly dimmed atmosphere, a great place to sit back relax and enjoy beers from around the world. If you are a bold beer lover like me try the 5am Saint. 5am becomes a party in your mouth with an insane hoppy finish, a smooth bitter linger, nothing like it.  I was so impressed with the personal service and welcoming atmosphere.
