Akari Japanese Restaurant - Delta

I have been to many Japanese restaurants however this Akari Sushi restaurant located in Delta is one of my new favourites. The menu is extremely long but expensive. The prices start from $11-$20 per roll! Akari provides an open kitchen so there is endless entertainment watching the sushi masters hard at work. Akari offers a grand variety of healthy sushi options. Akari integrated black rice to their menu not to long ago, another reason to eat here. I appreciated the education behind the health benefits of black rice in the informative  FAQ hand out given inside the menu. The quality of interior design is quite nice,  it has a typical lay-out along with private booths. I ordered the yellow fire tail sushi as you can see below the presentation was breath taking, my sushi was on FIRE and i loved it :). Akari offers a unique adventure throughout their menu far from the typical kinds of sushi you would find elsewhere. I look forward to my next visit.
