South East Asian Noodles prepared with a Canadian spin ! Located on west 4th vancouver with a second location on Homer, this place is always buzzing with noodle bowl lovers from everywhere. The noodle box offers a flamed cooked wide selection of flavours and limited edition speciality items each season. This place also offers an impressive beer menu with the likes of Sapporo, Heineken, Asahi and Granville island to name a few. Noodle box offers both soup or stir-fry based bowls. I like how you can choose the level of spices and the cute take out split box! You can always catch a long line up at this place but worth the wait. The noodle box takes great pride in social responsibility. The Noodle Box puts their values in action by showing the community how serious they are in recycling and composting. Last year alone their efforts reduced 50% of the waste that would otherwise be sent to the landfill. For example, the chopsticks and napkins can be broken down and turned into compost. I am always supportive of a global cause and I am thrilled to see this practise implemented in the restaurant industry... makes for an amazing new movement.
