The Libra Room On Commercial

I came across this rare place located right in the heart of Commercial drive. This place offers an Italian inspired menu with a touch of West Coast flair offering Brunch, Lunch and Dinner. I really enjoyed the live bands they have show casing 7 days a week 6:30pm-9pm, check out their website for the line-ups. My favourite part of this place was the astrologically inspired drink menu. The mix of each drink is close to the personality described of each sign but i wont tell what i had on my last visit, a great conversation starter indeed. The Libra room seating is situated quite close together so it can get pretty loud and cozy. An upbeat artistic crowd, definitely a must see. As mentioned the Libra room is located on commercial drive at 1608. The hours of operation are; Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-1am, Fridays 3:30pm-2am Saturdays 10am-2am and Sundays 10am-1am.
